Cutting to the exact length required, crimping, tinning and marking - using a fully automatic system we can carry out all these processes in a single production run. Together with over 150 different quick-change tools, our various fully- and semi-automatic machines (Komax 333, Komax 311, Komax Alpha 422, Hanke Kabelmatik 763.) offer a large number of possible combinations for the design of the cable ends.
Continuous monitoring of the crimping pressure and the integrated go-no-go sorting guarantee 100 per cent controlled quality. It goes without saying that we are flexible and can meet short delivery deadlines.

We assemble wires in cross-sections from 0.14 mm² to 6.00 mm² with a wide variety of insulators:

• silicone / continuous glass filament

• all types of special wires
